The Extended Day Program at Marist Brothers International School provides students with a safe, structured, and enriching environment after regular school hours. Designed in partnership with Pasona Group, the program supports families by offering reliable after-school supervision while giving students opportunities to play, create, learn, and relax with friends.
マリスト・ブラザーズ・インターナショナル・スクールの延長保育（学童）プログラムは、授業終了後に生徒たちに安全で構造化された充実した環境を提供します。パソナグループとの共同で設計されたこのプログラムは、信頼できる放課後のサポートを通じて、家庭を支援し、生徒たちには友達と一緒に遊び、創造し、学び、リラックスする機会を提供します。

The program runs in alignment with the MBIS academic calendar (including in-service days when classes are in session).

- Snacks: Please pack a nut-free snack for your child.
おやつ：ナッツ類を含まないおやつをご持参ください。 - Water: Students should bring a water bottle daily.
水筒：毎日、水筒を持参してください。 - Electronics: Not permitted, unless required for homework.
電子機器：宿題で必要な場合を除き、持ち込みはできません。 - Pick-up: All students must be picked up no later than 5:30 PM unless they have parent permission to leave independently.

By enrolling their child in the Extended Day Program, parents/guardians agree to the following terms and conditions:

By registering for the Extended Day Program, parents/guardians confirm that their child has permission to participate in the program. It is the sole responsibility of the parent/guardian to ensure that their child is aware of their enrollment and attends as scheduled.
While Marist Brothers International School (“the School”) and Pasona Group instructors take all reasonable precautions to ensure student safety, parents/guardians acknowledge that participation in the program involves inherent risks, including but not limited to minor injuries, illness, or unforeseen incidents. By enrolling their child, parents/guardians voluntarily assume these risks and agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the School, its employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, or expenses arising from or related to their child’s participation, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Parents/guardians are solely responsible for ensuring that their child has appropriate medical coverage and assume full financial responsibility for any medical expenses incurred during participation.
「エクステンデッド・デイ・プログラム」に登録することで、保護者はお子さまが本プログラムに参加する許可を得ていることを確認したものとみなされます。お子さまが登録されていることを理解し、予定通り参加することを確実にする責任は、保護者にあります。
マリスト・ブラザーズ・インターナショナルスクール（以下「学校」）およびパソナグループのインストラクターは、生徒の安全を確保するために合理的な予防措置を講じますが、保護者は本プログラムへの参加に内在するリスク（軽微なけが、病気、予期せぬ出来事を含むがこれに限らない）が存在することを認識し、同意するものとします。登録により、保護者は自発的にこれらのリスクを引き受け、重大な過失または故意による不正行為の場合を除き、本プログラム参加に関連して生じるいかなる請求、要求、責任、または費用からも、学校、その職員、代理人、関連団体を免責し、補償し、かつ責任を問わないことに同意するものとします。また、保護者はお子さまに適切な医療保険があることを確認し、参加中に発生した医療費については全額自己の責任で負担するものとします。

- Enrollment is on a quarterly basis, and families may register for 1–5 days per week.

- Registration and payment must be completed in advance for each quarter through the school’s designated registration platform.

- Enrollment is subject to capacity limits. If limits are reached, a waiting list may be maintained.

- Attendance is taken daily by Pasona Group instructors.
出席は、パソナグループの指導員によって毎日確認されます。 - Parents/guardians must inform the school office in advance if their child will be absent.
児童が欠席する場合、保護者は事前に学校事務局に連絡する必要があります。 - The program does not provide make-up days or credits for student absences.

- The program operates according to the MBIS academic calendar, excluding school closures.
プログラムは、学校の休校日を除き、MBISの学校カレンダーに従って運営されます。 - In the event of inclement weather, natural disasters, or other emergencies, the school reserves the right to cancel the program without rescheduling or refund.
悪天候、自然災害、その他の緊急事態が発生した場合、学校はプログラムを振替や返金なしで中止する権利を有します。 - If instructors are absent, Pasona Group will arrange for substitutes.

- Program fees are charged quarterly according to the number of days per week selected.

- Parents are responsible for providing nut-free snacks, drinks, and personal activity materials (e.g., coloring books, toys).

- Students must be collected no later than 5:30 PM.

- Students are expected to follow MBIS expectations and the instructions of program staff.
学生は、MBISの行動規範およびプログラムスタッフの指示に従うことが求められます。 - Unsafe or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the program. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

Parents/guardians are expected to maintain open communication with the School and program staff regarding absences, health concerns, or other relevant matters.

Participation in the Extended Day Program does not exempt students from the school’s established expectations, policies, and procedures. All students and families are reminded that the school’s rules, policies, and codes of conduct, as outlined in the Parent and Student Handbook, take precedence over the program-specific Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the school’s broader policies, the school’s regular expectations, policies, procedures, and the Parent and Student Handbook shall supersede and apply.
エクステンデッドデイプログラムへの参加は、学生が学校の既定の期待事項、方針、手続きから免除されるものではありません。すべての学生およびご家庭に対し、親子ハンドブックに記載されている学校の規則、方針、行動規範がプログラム固有の利用規約よりも優先されることを、改めてご確認ください。本利用規約と学校の広範な方針との間に矛盾が生じた場合は、学校の通常の期待事項、方針、手続き、および親子ハンドブックが優先され、適用されます。
