MBIS is an official testing center for ETS TOEFL. MBIS administers between 2-4 tests per month depending on demand. Please do not contact MBIS directly with regard to applying for tests as all applications are processed by ETS/R-Prometric. If you are interested in taking a test, please visit the following site R-Prometric's website. R-Prometric is the company responsible for the administration of the tests.

On The Test Day
Please ensure you arrive at least 30 minutes before the test starts. Please ensure that you bring correct identification, failure to do so will result in you not being administered for the test. Acceptable identification is listed below

Via Shinkansen (stopping at Shin Kobe Station)
Exit the train at Shin Kobe Station. Take the Yamate Subway Line from Shin Kobe, (the station is located under the Shin Kobe Station) towards Sannomiya Station, it is only one stop. Get off at Sannomiya, and walk to the JR Sannomiya Station.

From JR Sannomiya
JR Sannomiya Station (Kobe): Take a train from Sannomiya west in the direction of Himeji, Ako, or Kakogawa, on Line 3. (14 minutes on the limited rapid train, and 15 minutes on the local or the slow train).

Via Shinkansen (stopping at Nishi-Akashi Station)
Directions from Nishi-Akashi: Get off the JR Bullet Train at Nishi-Akashi. Take the train east from Nishi-Akashi, bound for Osaka or Kyoto. Get off at JR Suma.

From JR Suma
JR Suma: Get off at JR Suma station, walk out of the station towards the hills, and go straight. Turn right at the drug store (Lifort). Take a left turn at the first lane, facing a shrine. After passing under the railway bridge, the school can be seen on the right.
